itsbits computers is a well respected internet supply company based at Petrie on the northside of Brisbane in Queensland and we have been in business for over 10years. Our holding company, Ditchlawn Pty Ltd, is registered for GST and a Australian Tax Invoice will be supplied with all sales.

The following payment methods are accepted:

- Over the Counter Bank Deposit

- Personal Cheque and Australia Post Money Order

- Cash and Eftpos on Pick Up, please email us for pick up details as times are limited.

- Paypal, if making payment via Paypal please wait for us to issue you with an invoice through the Ebay system

- Internet Bank Transfer Discount:
If you make payment using a Bank Transfer directly to our Bendigo Bank Account we are happy to offer a discount of 2.5% on this item. Please wait for us to contact you by email with the payment details. On some items we are also able to offer Express Post on Internet Bank Transfer Payments at no extra cost
Delivery
 
Delivery times vary greatly over Australia so it is not possible to be specific. When we dispatch your item we will email you with all the details.

Items found damaged on delivery from TNT need to be noted on the delivery docket when received otherwise no claim is possible. Damage to items delivered by Australia Post needs to be immediatly notified to Australia Post, as the receiver needs to make the claim.

The Shipping & Handling fee includes packing, warehouse and distribution costs and will not reflect what is shown on the parcel.

Our normal handling time from payment is 3 business days. Internet bank transfers processed before 3.00pm are normally available for sending the next business day. Most items are in stock most of the time, occassionally we do run out due to unforseen circumstances, please understand if there is a short delay in posting.

We recommend all items be insured, items sent uninsured or via Express Post are sent at your risk, we will help trace any parcel lost however no replacement can be sent until insurance has be finalised

We are happy to combine postage on multiple purchases if purchased and paid for at the same time as one payment

Delivery Cost:

Because postage costs vary greatly over Australia, Registered and Insured Post is based on your postcode, email us for a quote. For example local Brisbane costs $15.00 and country Western Australia up to $55.00. We will calculate post when you purchase and add it to the invoice we send you for payment.

 


Terms of Sale:

- We like to receive payment within 7 days, if this is a problem please let us know

- Defective items (DOA) will be exchanged within 10 days of dispatch from our office. All items are covered by manufacturers warranty and this varies from item to item. Shipping costs back to us are the buyer's responsibility. No items can be returned without a Return Authority.

- If the replacement is not available, a refund of the purchase price will be issued via Bank Transfer only. Postage or TNT costs, insurance and handling charges are not refundable.

- We believe in dealing honestly with our customers and we expect the same.
