Delivery
times vary greatly over Australia so it is not possible to
be specific. When we dispatch your item we will email you
with all the details or we will enter the tracking number
into eBay. Items will be dispatched via Australia Post or
Fastway Couriers whichever is the more efficient. Express
Post is available at extra cost. We are based in Brisbane,
items dispatched to WA, NT and Tas can take longer than eBay
estimate.
Items found damaged on delivery need to be noted on delivery
and signed by the delivery driver when received otherwise
no claim is possible. Damage to items delivered by Australia
Post needs to be immediately notified to Australia Post, as
the receiver needs to make the claim.
Any Post, Shipping or Handling fee includes packing, warehouse
and distribution costs and is not refundable under our extra
returns policy. A value for this will be shown on the Tax
Invoice included with the goods.
Our normal handling time from payment is one business days.
Internet bank transfers processed before 3.00pm are normally
available for sending the next business day. Most items are
in stock most of the time, occassionally we do run out due
to unforseen circumstances, please understand if there is
a short delay in posting.
All items be insured except those sent via Express Post which
are sent at your risk, we will help trace any parcel lost
however no replacement can be sent until insurance has be
finalised
We are happy to combine postage on multiple purchases if purchased
and paid for at the same time as one payment
