itsbits computers is a well respected internet supply company based at Petrie on the northside of Brisbane in Queensland and we have been in business for over 5 years. Our holding company, Ditchlawn Pty Ltd, is registered for GST and a Australian Tax Invoice will be supplied with all sales.

Delivery
 
Item will be shipped to you from our Brisbane office via Australia Post or TNT.

Delivery times vary greatly over Australia so it is not possible to be specific. When we dispatch your item we will email you with all the details.

Items found damaged on delivery from TNT need to be noted on the delivery docket when received otherwise no claim is possible. Damage to items delivered by Australia Post needs to be immediatly notified to Australia Post, as the receiver needs to make the claim.

The Shipping & Handling fee includes packing, warehouse and distribution costs and will not reflect what is shown on the parcel.

We will ship the item to you normally the same day payment is received into our bank account howeve some bank transfers can take three days before they show up, please contact your own bank on transfer times.

We recommend all items be insured, items sent uninsured or via Express Post are sent at your risk, we will help trace any parcel lost however no replacement can be sent until insurance has be finalised

We are happy to combine postage on multiple purchases if purchased at the same time.

This small footprint, robust product combines the features of an Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS), to protect your data with a Surge Protected Mains Plug Board all in one microprocessor controlled sturdy unit that takes up so little space! This product is perfect for the typical home user who has a PC, notebook, monitor, printer and some other devices such as a DVD player or ADSL modem to protect. No additional expensive surge arresting gear is required!

Microprocessor Controlled UPS Protects your Data from Loss.
In the event of a loss of mains power, your UPS650HP will maintain power supply from its on board battery to your PC or notebook or other device keeping them running for typically over 15 minutes! It will signal loss of mains by way of a simple to install Universal Serial Bus (USB) cable (cable not provided) that directs your computer to shut down in an orderly fashion protecting your system data while sounding an audible alarm.

Four separate UPS protected power sockets are provided!
(2 standard Australian female and two IEC female).

Surge Protection for devices that do not require UPS
When mains power is lost or restored dangerous spikes can occur that will physically damage sensitive equipment such as displays, printers, TV’s etc. Your UPS650HP provides surge protection on all UPS ports but in addition, provides two mains power sockets to connect devices such as a monitor and a printer that do not require the UPS function, protecting them from damaging spikes!
In addition, surge protection is provided for your telephone or modem by way of two RJ11 surge protected sockets (1 line in, 1 line out).
Auto diagnostic and Audible Alarm. Your UPS650HP includes a microprocessor controlled diagnostic panel indicating operating status and an alarm will sound when main power is lost. The on board microprocessor manages the automatic charging of the UPS battery and signalling via the USB port.

High Quality UPS Battery
We have fitted your UPS650HP with a high quality valve controlled Lead Acid battery which is maintenance free for its working life, and provided in an easy to access location for future change over with no need for a specialist technician.

Terms of Sale:

- We like to receive payment within 7 days, if this is a problem please let us know

- Defective items (DOA) will be exchanged within 10 days of dispatch from our office. All items are covered by manufacturers warranty and this varies from item to item. Shipping costs back to us are the buyer's responsibility. No items can be returned without a Return Authority.

- If the replacement is not available, a refund of the purchase price will be issued via Bank Transfer only. Postage or TNT costs, insurance and handling charges are not refundable.

- We believe in dealing honestly with our customers and we expect the same.
